Bespoke Corsets & Nightwear
All Bespoke and Made to Measure items are not refundable or returnable,as they are made to Customer Specifications,
that is unless they are damaged ,in which case you should notify us without delay.
Standard Sizes
Corsets/Nightwear should be tried on over a Garment ( t-shirt) and not laced tight when trying for size, as corsets/nightwear quickly form the shape of your body when tight-laced.
We will exchange corsets/nightwear for an alternative size, but only when the corset is returned in brand new condition. A corset that has been tight laced rather than gently tried for size can not be exchanged as this causes Damage to the Corset.
Please take care when ordering the size Corset/Nightwear (as P&P costs are not refundable ) we are here to help with any queries.
If you require a Refund you will be charged for the P&P of the Item when first sent out to you.
Refunds on item/s must be sent back in a Brand New Condition.(Sealed Bag & Unopened)
We will not exchange or Refund if It has been worn, (items lose their shape) odours permeate clothing, including Cigarette Smoke. (As per the UK distance trading regulations)
Please email us within days of receiving your item to inform us of any problems.
When Returning your item
We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post & retain proof of posting.
Please ensure to write our correct address on the package when returning the item, also your name and address on the back of the parcel.
If you require a Refund you will be charged for the P&P of the Item first sent out to you

By using this website, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, please refrain from using this website.
Your statutory rights are not affected in any way by these terms and conditions,
but we reserve the right to refuse to supply goods at our discretion and without further explanation.
Order Payment
We accept debit and credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo, Electron and Switch) using the Paypal secure online payment system.
This system is FREE for buyers and far more secure than handing over your card details in a shop, restaurant, or verbally over the phone.
The Paypal Pro payment system gives you the ability to shop to your hearts content without ever having to disclose your card details to online retailers.
Paypal also offer 100% protection against unauthorised payments being sent from your account,
as well as specialist dispute resolution on Paypal purchase.
Product Prices
The price you pay for goods are displayed clearly on the website. We regularly check the website to ensure that our pricing is correct,
however, in the unlikely instance that our prices are displayed incorrectly, you will be given the opportunity to either cancel your order or go ahead at the
new and correct price.
All transactions/payments are in pounds sterling (£) and will show up on your credit card statement in your local currency.
All credit card issuers will calculate the currency rate based on the existing currency rate at the time of your transaction.
Purchase Contract
A binding contract is formed between you and Ooh La La Lingerie (Karonko) when you receive confirmation from us by e-mail, telephone or other means
that your order has been processed. Ooh La la Lingerie (Karonko) reserve the right to refuse the supply of goods at our discretion and paid monies shall be refunded in full.

If you require any assistance regarding sizing, material or colour prior to ordering we will be only too happy help.
Corset Care:
Please follow the instructions on corset fitting and sizing, make sure you choose the correct corset size for you. When you put on your corset loosen off the lacing fully to allow you to put the corset on easily. Once fastened pull the laces carefully to ensure an even take up on the body (see lacing instructions). Corsets should be cleaned by theatrical/specialist dry cleaners only. Never wash your corset. After each wear, air your corset to freshen it up. We also advise wearing a silk or cotton chemise under your corset
